Forward motion is at the heart of any movement—literally! At Full Circle, we recognize the importance of equanimity of the mind, body, and soul. We offer a variety of “movement” classes and workshops to get your body moving and spirit aligned. Offerings include periodic yoga workshops, mind/body wellness events, weekly Dance Tribe ecstatic dancing, and other activities.
New to our line up is the bi-weekly Pro-Ject Yoga, with Denise Waling and Samuel J, which offers a unique blend of intention setting, meditation, yoga, and soundscaping.
